Sensis survey competition: terms and conditions

Why are you here?  You were probably expecting to be taken to Sensis's website.  Freeform is an independent market research agency and is managing the competition on behalf of Sensis.  

Below are the terms and conditions for the survey competition.

Entry Restrictions

Entrants must be Australian residents 18 years of age or older.
Employees, directors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

Promotion Period

The Promotion starts on the 9th March 2017 at 9:00am AEST.
The Promotion closes on 28h April 2017 at 5:00pm AEST. 
No entries will be accepted after the Promotion closes.

Verification Requirements

Entrants may be required to provide proof of identity and residency.

Entry Procedure – Prize Draw

Entry is open to residents of NSW, VIC, WA, QLD and SA who have completed the relevant “Sensis listings survey” via email or via the Sensis website between 9:00am (AEST) 09 March 2017 & 5:00pm (AEST) 28th April 2017.

Entries into the prize draw are dependant upon completing the customer survey and providing the requested contact information

Maximum Number of Entries

One per person.

The first valid entry drawn will win an Apple Watch

Prize Details

There is a single prize for each individual prize draw.  We will be offering an Apple Watch valued at $399.   However, should the prize be changed, the total maximum cost of the prize will not exceed $450.

Prize Restrictions

Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Notification of Winners

The winner will be notified by email and SMS within 2 days of the prize draw.

Prize Claim Dates and Unclaimed Prize Arrangements

Prizes must be claimed within three months of the Prize Draw.
In the event of an unclaimed Apple Watch, a second chance winner will be drawn at 9am, two months on from the original prize draw date. Any second chance draw winner will be contacted by email within 2 days of the draw.

Should re-draw be required, the last re-draw will occur on July 1st 2017.

Collection of Entrants Personal Information

The Promoter will collect your personal information pursuant to this Promotion in order to conduct the Prize Draw only.

In accordance with the Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation Act 2003 and Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation Regulations 2005.
